Vinyl version of the 4th album from 2002 by Swedish NECROPHOBIC, one of the defining bands of the Scandinavian Death/Black Metal scene. Following "The Nocturnal Silence", "Darkside" and "The Third Antichrist", the band reached one of the creative peaks of its early career with "Bloodhymns", further refining its unmistakable blend of Swedish Death Metal aggression, Black Metal darkness, epic atmosphere and memorable melodies. Once again recorded at the legendary Sunlight Studio with producer Tomas Skogsberg, the album preserves the band's identity while raising both the songwriting and production to an even higher level.

Packed with unforgettable riffs, inspired twin-guitar harmonies, relentless tempo changes and an outstanding balance between brutality and melody, "Bloodhymns" remains one of NECROPHOBIC's finest achievements.
