Orders are only shipped on working days, Monday to Friday. As a general rule, the average time between receiving an order, preparing it, and shipping it is 3–5 working days, although it can sometimes be less. In exceptional cases the period could be longer; in such cases, the order will be shipped as soon as possible, processed in strict order of receipt.
Items will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. All prices are in EUROS (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). We may cancel an order if full payment has not been received within 20 calendar days of the order being placed.
Products remain our property until full payment is received. Accepted payment methods are: PayPal, bank transfer, credit card (Stripe), and cash on delivery (Spain mainland customers only).
