Vinyl version of the debut album from 2021 by SIJJIN, featuring Malte Gericke (NECROS CHRISTOS) alongside Basque musicians Iván Hernández and Ekaitz Garmendia, both known for their work with LEGEN BELTZA. The labyrinthine riffing, unpredictable tempo changes, chaotic solos and arcane atmosphere immediately evoke early MORBID ANGEL, particularly the period between "Abominations of Desolation" and "Altars of Madness". Alongside that primary influence, traces of pioneers such as POSSESSED, MESSIAH and PROTECTOR can also be heard, resulting in an album that captures the spirit of the earliest Death Metal with remarkable authenticity while avoiding the pitfalls of mere nostalgia.
