3rd album from 1988 by American D.R.I. (Dirty Rotten Imbeciles), true pioneers of Crossover Thrash and one of the most influential bands in bridging Hardcore Punk and Thrash Metal. Following the success of "Crossover", the band pushed its sound further toward Metal while preserving the speed, aggression and attitude that had defined its earlier releases.

"4 of a Kind" features more refined riffs, stronger musicianship and a heavier production while retaining the band's trademark intensity. The result is one of the defining albums of the Crossover Thrash movement, whose blend of aggression, energy and precision has influenced countless bands in the decades since.
