CRYPTIC BROOD

Debut album from 2017 by German CRYPTIC BROOD, one of the most authentic acts to emerge from the European Old School Death Metal revival. Following several demos, an EP and a number of split releases, the trio fully established its identity with an album deeply rooted in the filthy, cavernous and morbid Death Metal sound of the early '90s, embracing a completely organic approach free from modern trends.

"Brain Eater" stands out through its diseased atmosphere, crushing riffs, punishing tempos and deliberately primitive approach, placing darkness and mood above technical showmanship.
