4th album from 1996 by the Swedish CEMETARY, a dark and melancholic work of Gothic Metal and Doom Metal where the band almost completely abandons its Death/ Doom roots in favour of a more atmospheric, emotional and gloomy sound. “Sundown” surrounds the listener with a haze of melodic guitars, despair-filled vocals and a cold, decadent atmosphere that turned the album into a cult reference within 90s European Gothic Metal.
