2-CD reissue collecting the complete recorded output of this British Thrash Metal band, featuring its only two studio albums, "Balance of Power" (1991) and "Darkened Reality" (1993), together with the "The Conquest" demo (1988) and a track taken from a 1989 compilation. Although they never achieved the recognition of some of their contemporaries, ARBITRATER developed a strong style that combined classic Thrash Metal aggression with refined musicianship and a notable British Speed Metal influence.

The material gathered here allows listeners to follow the band's evolution from its earliest recordings to its most mature works, revealing increasingly sophisticated songwriting without sacrificing intensity or power. Sharp riffing, well-crafted tempo changes and an approach that balances speed and heaviness make this collection an excellent opportunity to rediscover a criminally overlooked name from the British underground of the late 1980s and early 1990s.
