BITTER VELVET

Debut album from 2023 by Ecuadorian BITTER VELVET, a project led by multi-instrumentalist Sage Zavage alongside vocalist Malixe. "Unleashed Fears" faithfully captures the spirit of mid-to-late 1980s melodic Heavy Metal, combining classic-inspired riffs, memorable choruses and a strong sense of nostalgia without ever sounding forced or derivative.

The album shines through the excellent chemistry between its two members and a collection of energetic, well-crafted songs that recall the golden era of American and European Heavy Metal.
