CD digipack reissue of the 3rd demo from 1994 by this veteran Mexican Death Metal band from Guadalajara. Originally released on cassette and later rescued through several reissues, "The Mystic Sorrow" represents one of the highlights of INFESTATION's early era, showcasing a band that had already developed its own identity within the Latin American Death Metal scene of the 1990s. The demo contains 8 tracks and more than half an hour of music, delivering a level of songwriting and execution well above what was typically expected from an underground recording of that period.

Within the band's history, this release perfectly reflects the influence of the great early 1990s Death Metal masters, combining the heaviness of GRAVE, the darkness of MORBID ANGEL and the aggression of MASSACRE while maintaining a distinctive character of its own.
