MOON WIZARD

3rd album from 2024 by this American band from Salt Lake City, Utah, one of the most promising recent acts within the contemporary Stoner/ Doom Metal scene. On "Sirens", MOON WIZARD blends fuzz-drenched riffs, immersive atmospheres and a strong melodic approach, creating a sound rooted in both 1970s Hard Rock and psychedelic Doom Metal. The addition of vocalist Sami Wolf helped shape a distinctive identity that sets the band apart from many of its contemporaries.

The album's nine tracks stand out for their balance of heaviness, memorable hooks and dreamlike occult atmospheres. Rather than relying on overly extended arrangements, MOON WIZARD keeps the material dynamic and engaging, moving naturally between powerful moments and more reflective passages.
