SHIPPING CONDITIONS:

• Minimum order: 5.95 € (without postage).

• You can place your order through our online store or phone: +34 918 107 108 (we don't accept orders by email anymore).

PRICES AND OFFERS ARE THE ONES APPLIED RIGHT WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
WE HAVE AVAILABLE ON THE ARTCIELS LISTED LISTED IN OUR CATALOGUE
(it may happen that some listed article can be out of stock by mistake.
Don't get mad, we're humans!!)

POSTAGE:

• You can order your CD's with or without plastic cases. As you can see below, the difference in postage is considerable, so we advise you to order without cases. We'll pack them well, don't worry about that!!


• ALL orders are being mailed through Registered Air Mail. 
   Orders are being shipped 3-7 working days after payment is received.
   Sometimes it might take a bit longer since this label is run by only two persons and
     one of them is in a band that's frequently touring. Be patient, please! 
   Delivery time might be 4-7 days to Europe and 10-14 days to the rest of the world.

• Prices on Catalogue are in EUROS.

• Exchange rate: vist www.xe.com/ucc (this is just orientative as we only accept Euros).

• Payment must be done only in advance:

1 - PAYPAL, paypal@xtreemmusic.com (payment only in Euros!!)
       You'll get charged an extra fee of 5.5% of the total amount which is the fee that
        Paypal deducts from our incoming payments. This sucks, we know...
