35th anniversary CD reissue of the 7"EP recorded in 1991 that remained unreleased until its 2015 release, also featuring a previously unheard track from the same recording sessions. This edition additionally includes the band's very first 1990 demo, recorded under the name MORTUARY and originally intended for release through Thrash Records, but ultimately never released.

The package is completed with a cover of SLAYER's classic "Read Between the Lies" and a brand-new 2026 Redux version of "Eternal Darkness", making this an essential collector's piece that fills one of the last remaining gaps in the discography of one of the darkest, heaviest and most influential bands in American Death Metal.
