Green vinyl edition of the debut album from 2025 by this Edmonton, Canada-based band, active since 2016 and known for blending Technical Death Metal, Brutal Death Metal and experimental elements. Following a series of EPs that helped shape their identity, BRAIN STEM makes its full-length debut with "Nullified", a concept-driven work exploring themes of cosmic horror, technological dystopia and existential decay.

Across eight tracks, the band delivers an aggressive and dynamic approach built on intricate riffing, constant tempo shifts, crushing passages and a strong sense of atmosphere. While remaining relentlessly heavy, the group incorporates modern influences and a narrative focus that gives the album a distinct personality.
