8th album from 2024 by Norwegian LEPROUS, one of the most innovative bands in contemporary Progressive Metal. Formed in 2001 by the musicians who originally performed as the live backing band for IHSAHN during the early years of his solo career, LEPROUS has since forged a completely distinctive musical identity. With "Melodies of Atonement", the band embraces a more direct and heavier approach than on its previous releases, bringing the guitars back to the forefront while preserving the sophistication and emotional depth that have always defined its sound.
