2nd album from 1989 by this veteran German Thrash Metal band. With "Who Dominates Who?", ACCUSER took a significant step forward from its debut, further developing a style that combined the aggression of German Thrash Metal with impressive technical ability and a more sophisticated songwriting approach than many of its contemporaries. Released during the genre's golden era, the album helped establish the band as one of the most distinctive and underrated acts in the German scene.
