13th album from 2010 by this legendary German Thrash Metal band. With "In War and Pieces", SODOM reaffirmed its status as one of the pillars of European extreme metal, delivering a release that recaptures much of the aggression and rawness of the band's classic era while benefiting from decades of songwriting experience and refinement. Led by Tom Angelripper, the band once again proved its ability to remain true to its roots while continuing to produce relevant and powerful material.

One of the album's greatest strengths is the way it blends old-school Thrash Metal violence with a strong and modern production.
